TelcoSec specializes in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating vulnerabilities across all generations of cellular networks (2G, 3G, 4G LTE, and 5G). Through advanced tooling, rigorous security audits, and continuous protocol research, we empower network operators, equipment vendors, and enterprises to build resilient, attack-proof telecommunications infrastructure.

Our core research teams operate across baseband exploitation, SS7/Diameter signaling analysis, 5G core architecture, and radio access network security — providing the most comprehensive coverage in the industry.

Founded as an informal collaboration network of radio frequency researchers and mobile core engineers, TelcoSec has evolved into a global peer-reviewed collective. We bridge the gap between traditional IT security practices and specialized telecommunications protocols, offering a unified knowledge base for hardening core network entities such as the Home Location Register (HLR), Unified Data Management (UDM), and virtualized cellular gateways. By engaging in coordinated vulnerability disclosure (CVD) with major network equipment providers and national computer emergency response teams (CERTs), we ensure that newly discovered flaws are patched before they can be exploited in the wild.
