TelcoSec performs technical security validation strictly under authorized, bilaterally signed Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW). We do not accept requests for unauthorized intrusion, active interception, or modification of public telecommunication signaling links. All offensive simulation parameters must be explicitly authorized by the target carrier's executive committee.

When submitting a request for a network audit (SS7 interconnect routing, Diameter signaling boundaries, or 5G gNodeB SCAS testing), please ensure you provide verified corporate registration credentials. Our compliance team verifies all entity identities before initiating scoping discussions. We hold the right to reject any submissions that do not meet our verification standards.

Response timelines vary by request tier: critical security vulnerabilities and coordinated disclosures are processed within 4 hours by the on-duty security officer, while commercial audits and platform training access requests are routed to our account representatives within 1 business day.
